Our company has related with University of Environmental engineering department via mutual industrial-educational relationship and has been kept researching and developing about the multi functioned ceramic balls water related.
Especially, we have succeeded in local manufacturing for the first time about far-infrared emission ceramic balls. (Joint development with Tosung Ceramic.)
We are manufacturing the water related ceramic balls (Loess, Tourmaline, Maekbanseok, Z eolite, Illite, Wongiseok, Gwiyangseok, Magnetite, Alkali ball, Antibacterial ball..) and the various multi functional ceramic balls.
Also, we are producing the special ceramic balls, which are only possible to be formed at lower temperature (below 250¡É) [activated carbon ball, Hanbang ball, low temperature tourmaline ball, strong Alkali ball, chlorine removal ball, sterilization ball] and the reduction catalyst ball, which is mixed by Magnesium(Mg) and ores.
Recently, we have developed the activated carbon block purifying filter, which is combined by natural ores and activated carbon, Alkali reduction water generation filter and multi functional purifying block filter. It is under production also.

•Natural ore ceramic balls shall be manufactured by multi layer and multi porous. for example, Although Zeolite ore powder has grinded into extream nanoparticle, there must have ¡Ê porous ( ¡Ê- ångström ) and able to ion exchange function(meq), which absorb harmful substances including very tiny organic matters and change into unharmful substances through the ion exchange.
(even volatile GAS is possible to be changed into unharmful substances via ion exchange.)
In short, the function of absorption and adsorption shall be active and the covalent bond function between element and element is also happened together.
•As like natural pure ores has been doing the sedimentation as taking many elements, ceramic balls shall generate the increasing minerals through the emission of ionized elements in water.
Meantime, since ores have long been taking solar energy, ceramic ball also has strong emission of far infrared and able to make strong resonance effect (wavelength) in water. Owing to the water molecular cluster, water surface tension(Hz) is low and the reduction ability is restored.
